Mr. Picard passed away in 1997. I was fortunate to have written him shortly before his passing. I asked him to sign a few index cards and a couple of Augusta National scorecards. Over the years I was able to pick up some signed photos. Signed photos can sell for $200-400 index cards can sell for $100.

One of the signed Augusta National scorecards I was able to get signed shortly before he passed away. These scorecards are rare and can sell for a good amount of money. I have seen them sell for 1200-1500
This photo is rare as Mr Picard signed his full name. He usually only wrote out H. G. Picard.
